Throughout my entire pharmacy career, I've tried to help patients with all kinds of compliance issues, and 11 years ago I became a software designer and developer, and now have a variety of simple, affordable reminder tools available. There is no "one-size-fits-all" solution, but now there's an easy way have a current list of medications... and more..
